Ivar's Seafood Restaurant Hiring

Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is now hiring skilled butchers/fishmongers to join the team at our full-service Salmon House location on north Lake Union at 401 NE Northlake Way. These positions can be part-time or full-time depending on your availability, and the pay will include an hourly wage between $21.30 and $23.00 plus a share of the tips from our generous guests.

We are in search of candidates with a passion for quality cuts, a strong work ethic, and who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Additional requirements include:

• 3+ years of butchering or filleting experience (seafood preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume food service or retail environment
• Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
• Available during shifts from 8:00am to 2:00pm
