Home Health Registered Nurse High Tech Visits - Palm Beach County FL

AccordCare Home Health is looking for experienced and compassionate High Tech Per Diem Field RNs to join our growing team throughout Palm Beach County. What You'll Be Doing

Provide skilled in-home nursing care for medically complex patients, including those requiring:

• Ventilator and trach care
• PEG tube management
• Wound care
• IV therapy
• Experience working with paraplegic, quadriplegic, and TBI patients is a big plus.

You'll work closely with patients, families, and our clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality care in the comfort of patients' homes.

What You'll Need

• Active Florida RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
• NEGATIVE TB Test / NEGATIVE QuantiFERON Blood Test
• HIV and DOEA Alzheimer's training certificates/CEUs
• Prior home care experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Experience with EHR documentation systems
• Bilingual Spanish/English/Creole preferred
