CNC Lathe or Mill Machinist

Responsibilities WHAT YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR PRODUCTION TEAM Read and understand prints and spec sheets Set up Tooling Check/modify programs as needed on CNC Lathe or Mill Check and hold tolerance to spec on prints Proficient with measuring tools such as dial calipers and micrometers Check and maintain machine fluid levels and perform basic daily operator maintenance Maintain a clean workspace Coolant and waste chip handling 3-5 years experience operating CNC Mills and/or CNC Lathes Programming (basic to advanced) or understanding of G‑Code Qualifications WHO WE WANT Highly motivated and willing to self govern with low intervention from supervisors Experience running lathes and other common machinery found in a shop considered a plus Ability to work well within a team environment Willingness to learn, grow, and adjust as needed Additional Information WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB: PERKS & BENEFITS INCLUDED Health Insurance Health Savings Account Dental Vision 401k Paid Time Off Holiday Pay We are committed to providing our team opportunities for career advancement, learning on the job, and growth.
