Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant at Abaris Real Estate Management is responsible for managing the financial operations of assigned condominium and association accounts. This includes monthly financial reporting, bank reconciliations, budget preparation, audits, tax coordination, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and governing documents. The Senior Accountant provides accurate and timely financial information to property managers and Boards to support effective decision-making. This role oversees reconciliation processes, financial statements, and accounting controls while managing multiple associations and maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate financial records. #J-18808-Ljbffr
