Activity Aide Part -Time with E/O/W $16/HR Job Summary: Cortland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dynamic and creative Activity Leader to develop and implement recreational activities for our residents. As an integral member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting socialization, engagement, and overall well‑being among our residents. Responsibilities: Develop and implement recreational programs such as music, games, and entertainment, including setup and cleanup Conduct other programs such as cooking classes and arts and crafts Maintain resident participant lists for programs like patio picnics, trips, and outings Encourage residents to participate in daily activities and assist with individual leisure pursuits Decorate the unit to create a welcoming environment Acknowledge individual resident birthdays with a card, balloons, and visit Requirements: Must be energetic, creative, and able to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $16 - A dynamic and supportive work environment The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents #J-18808-Ljbffr
