Med/Surg RN in Marquette, Michigan

Join us for a 13-week assignment as an RN on a Medical/Surgical unit at a 225-bed specialty care hospital located in Marquette, Michigan. This role involves night shifts (12-hour nights from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) providing skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with a variety of diagnoses. This role involves caring for adult and geriatric patients, with patient ratios of approximately 5:1 to 6:1. Candidates are expected to have a Bachelor’s degree, must hold an active Michigan license, and be ACLS certified. Prior experience on a medical/surgical unit and critical thinking skills are highly valued. Occasional float to similar units may be required, and minimal supervision is expected as you work independently to deliver high-quality care.
