Contact Representative
US Department of War
Job Duties
Provide available health benefits programs information to eligible beneficiaries.
Interpret regulatory health information for eligible individuals.
Explain order of priority of entitlement to beneficiaries.
Counsel personnel on rights, benefits, or obligations available through the Tri-Service Medical Care (TRICARE) program.
Provide detailed billing or claims information to beneficiaries.
Verify eligibility with healthcare agencies for medical services.
Troubleshoot billing problems for TRICARE beneficiaries or medical providers.
Report progress towards resolving outstanding billing problems to treatment facility management.
