Use data-driven insights to keep our marketplace, partners, and users safe. This role combines hands-on analysis with strategic thinking to shape how we scale responsibly. Requirements 3+ years of experience in risk analysis, fraud analytics, or related field Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL or similar tools Experience with risk scoring, incident investigation, or control testing Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and best practices in risk management Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, or related field Key Responsibilities Identify, assess, and quantify key business risks across products and operations Monitor risk indicators and build dashboards to detect anomalies and emerging threats Conduct deep-dive investigations into incidents and propose corrective actions Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to design effective controls Prepare risk reports and recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders Fully remote work environment within flexible US time zones Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous PTO, holidays, and sick leave 401(k) with company matching Annual learning stipend for certifications and conferences Ready to apply?
