What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations of patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver evidence-based, skilled rehabilitative treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes to ensure effective care delivery.
• Provide expert consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Document all services thoroughly in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, participate in care conferences, and support facility and company trainings.
• Supervise and support occupational therapy assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed.

Required Skills:

• Valid OT license in Oklahoma and current NBCOT certification.
• Excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to document accurately and maintain detailed patient records.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and evidence-based practices in long-term care.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
