Job Description Job Description About the Role: Join Siege Construction Services as a Home Renovation Specialist, where you will transform spaces and bring dreams to life. Responsibilities: Perform residential remodeling tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and interior/exterior upgrades Complete demolition, site prep, and job site cleanup Follow project scopes, plans, and directions from project managers or contractors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times. Measure, cut, and install framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and doors Install flooring (LVP, tile, hardwood, ceramic etc.) Minor electrical and plumbing Assist with window and fixture installations Perform finish work with attention to detail and quality Safely operate hand and power tools Maintain and care for company tools and vehicle Requirements: Proven experience in home renovation or construction (3+ years preferred). Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in project management and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., General Contractor License) are a plus.
