Purchase Specialist

What You'll Do As a Purchasing Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting procurement and inventory operations across our service organization by: Managing transactional purchasing activities to support commodity requirements Monitoring purchased, consigned, and used inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability Maintaining procurement costs, supplier pricing, and delivery schedules Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Resolving supplier performance issues and escalating concerns when necessary Supporting sourcing initiatives and continuous process improvements Advising internal teams on procurement best practices Assisting with forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain experience Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/business systems Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field Institute for Supply Management (ISM) certification or willingness to obtain certification Experience working with inventory forecasting, supplier management, or logistics #J-18808-Ljbffr
