Hear more about MGT's culture in the words of our employees.What You'll Do:Develops Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) for projects.Presents technical solutions and recommendations to clients.Designs physical security solutions, including video surveillance, access control, and related security technologies.Develops technical recommendations to support customer needs and project objectives.Assists with customer engagements, project planning, and implementation strategies.What You'll Bring:Familiarity with manufacturer tools, equipment, and processes.Ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies while staying current with industry trends.Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.Excellent product demonstration and presentation skills.Strong time management skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines without compromising quality.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED.One (1) or more years of Physical Security Solution experience.Manufacturer certifications required, with a commitment to ongoing manufacturer training and product knowledge development.What We Offer:Our world-class work environment encompasses flexible and remote work options, a commitment to equity, and nationally respected teams in management consulting and technology services.
