Restaurant General Manager - Delray Beach, Florida

MissionHires is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations, partner closely with the Executive Chef, and deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role owns service excellence, financial performance, staff leadership, and community engagement while upholding the restaurant’s ethos of ethical dining. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction Coordinate with the Executive Chef to align menu execution with quality standards, seasonality, and guest expectations Monitor inventory, manage supply chains, and minimize food waste to support sustainability goals Collaborate on innovative, plant-based menu curation and seasonal/special event offerings Ensure the kitchen and service teams have resources, tools, and a supportive environment to thrive Manage budgets, revenue, and expenses; track and optimize P&L performance Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and loyalty programs with ownership to drive profitability Analyze sales data and operational metrics to inform decisions and improve performance Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional guest service Address and resolve guest concerns to build loyalty and repeat business Gather and act on guest feedback and dining trends to continuously enhance the experience Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff while fostering a collaborative, respectful culture Conduct regular staff meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations Promote the restaurant’s plant-based ethos through marketing efforts and community outreach Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards across FOH and BOH Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a guest-first mindset Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and sales reports Stable work history; no job hoppers Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience coordinating closely with culinary leadership on menu execution and events Track record of recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams Experience with inventory management and waste reduction practices Benefits Bonus Health, dental and vision insurance PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
