Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / Experienced Dental Assistant – San Diego, CA

Our private dental practice in the Tierrasanta area of San Diego is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly, patient-focused team! We're seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Thursday

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor with four-handed dentistry procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
• Perform RDA duties (if licensed)
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Take dental radiographs as permitted
• Ensure patients are comfortable throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Work collaboratively with the doctor and team to provide outstanding care

Requirements

• Active California RDA license preferred, or experienced Dental Assistant
• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Reliable and patient-focused

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)
