Industrial Maintenance Technician – 3rd ShiftEAS Direct Hire is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a high-volume manufacturing facility. This hands-on position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to maximize uptime and support safe, reliable operations.Shift and CompensationShift: 3rd ShiftHours: 10:00 PM–6:30 AMWeekend availability: RequiredHourly pay: $36.00–$37.25, based on experienceKey ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related problems.Complete or assist with major equipment overhauls, system rebuilds, and equipment installations.Work closely with production personnel and outside contractors to coordinate repairs and minimize operational disruptions.Safely operate forklifts, lifts, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and other maintenance machinery.Accurately document completed work, equipment conditions, and maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance management system.Communicate equipment issues, repair status, and follow-up needs electronically with maintenance and production team members.Maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance work areas.Follow all GMP requirements, safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulatory standards.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.At least three years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience involving industrial or manufacturing machinery, or five years of equivalent relevant experience.Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, equipment manuals, and machine layout drawings.Experience in at least two of the following areas:Electrical systemsMechanical systemsRefrigerationPlumbingFood-manufacturing process controlsKnowledge of industrial equipment setup, functionality, operating procedures, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance practices.Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, plan work effectively, and respond to urgent equipment issues.Must be at least 18 years old.Must be available to work the third-shift schedule and weekends as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
