• Current and active LPN/LVN license in Connecticut
• Prior experience in school nursing strongly preferred
• Comfortable with first aid, medication administration, and health screenings

• Excellent organization, reliability, and adaptability

Schedule Overview:

• July 1-2: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday & Tuesday)
• July 6-9: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday-Thursday, no Friday)
• July 13-16: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday-Thursday, no Friday)
• July 20-23: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday-Thursday, no Friday)
• July 27-28: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday & Tuesday)

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide daily healthcare, medication administration, and respond to student health needs
• Maintain accurate health records in accordance with state guidelines
• Communicate health plans and needs with staff, families, and students
• Monitor students for signs of illness or injury and implement appropriate interventions
• Assist with chronic disease management, emergency response, and student health education
