Position Details

• Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Department: Primary Care Institute
• Setting: 100% Outpatient – flexible options for urban, suburban, and rural practices

Practice Highlights

• Flexible scheduling including 4- or 5-day workweeks, telemedicine integration, and part-time availability
• Manageable daily patient volumes with a typical schedule of 18-22 patients per day
• Shared telephone-only call coverage
• Strong team-based support with Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Care Managers, and Pharmacists
• Fully integrated Epic EMR across all sites

• DO or MD

Physical Requirements: Light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently, or negligible force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing, or squatting.

• Licenses: Physician – New York State Education Department (NYSED)

Pay Range: $200,000.00 – $250,000.00
