CONSTRUCTION LABORER MID LEVEL

This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in commercial and residential carpentry construction. The mid level laborer's primary tasks will be installing and directing others in framing, installation of joists, rafters, floors etc. Applicant must be able to confidently climb ladders and scaffolding with proper safety equipment.

Must Have Skills for this Position Are :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential construction (carpentry based)
• carpentry 
• framing
• flooring installation
• knowledge of use of power tools, including proper safety procedures
• measure and cut materials acurately 

Nice to Have Skills for this Position Are:

• knowledge of minor electrical work scope
• knowedge of minor plumbing scope 
• masonry
• drywall

This is a full-time, hourly wage position. SH employees can qualify for prevailing wage compensation when the company is awarded PW eligible projects.
