Job Description
McCamey ISD is looking for a 4th Grade Math Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. McCamey is a rural community located 45 miles south of Odessa, Tx. We offer a competitive salary that pays 3,000$ to +10,000$ over state base pay. McCamey ISD offers benefits including matching annuity and healthcare assistance. We will be offering teacher housing coming soon in a variety of home sizes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners Proficiency with educational technology Ability to integrate state curriculum standards into daily instruction Willingness to work in a collaborative environment and participate fully in professional learning communities Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and staff Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Commitment to professional development

- Bachelor degree preferred.
