Notes From Manager / Required Skills & Exp.:

• This associate will complete a variety of tasks required to support the preparation of loan documents, including ordering of Due Diligence (UCC reports, Property & Judgement Searches, Ordering and storing of Good Standing Receipts, Customer Profile Setup in required tools, and document creation/review of legal documents).

Overview:

• Perform skilled clerical duties requiring simple analysis and expanded use of judgment within assigned banking services department.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform exception processing and research. Assist in resolution of complex issues.
• Interact with vendors in support of procedural issues.
• Interpret legal and bank documents for internal processing.
• Responsible for performing tasks in a manner that are compliant with applicable laws and regulations and/or that serve to help the company be in compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the business line the position supports.
• Responsible for multiple system, business and product lines.
• Interact with internal partners and management for procedural issues.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.

Education and Experience Required:

• High School or GED.
• Minimum two years relevant work experience.

Education and Experience Preferred:

• Associates Degree.
• Three to five years office experience.
