Job Description

Company: Fast-growing roofing company specializing in storm damage restoration and insurance-based roofing solutions.
Position: Storm Damage Sales Trainee -Start with no roofing sales experience and build a six-figure career in your 1st year. No roofing experience is required—we provide full training.
Compensation:
• Earn $150K–$350K
Responsibilities:
• Canvass neighborhoods and identify homes with roof damage
• Conduct residential roof inspections and assess damage
• Speak with homeowners about roofing options and insurance claims
• Help homeowners get a brand-new roof covered by their insurance
• Complete paperwork
Requirements:
• Previous sales or canvassing experience
• Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods and talking with homeowners
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and coachable
• Comfortable climbing a ladder to perform roof inspections
