Froedtert ThedaCare , a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a  BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for our Fond du Lac, WI location. Practice Highlights :

• Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
• 1.0 FTE consists of 35 patient contact hours 
• Can accommodate a four-day work week
• Join an established team of 2 physicians and 4 APPs
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

 
Clinic Hours : M-F 7:00a-5:00p

 
Call Rotation : 1:10 with all other primary care physicians in the NEMG group.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits

• Income Details: a two year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice startup, transitioning to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
