Dental Office Assistant Manager

Role: Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead) Responsibilities Provide excellent patient service, collaborate with the dental team, assist in treatment discussions, verify insurance payments, supervise non-clinical staff, oversee scheduling and appointments, and manage financial transactions such as collections and deposits. Assist in daily operations to build patient trust and loyalty, and support practice performance through data review and task management. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or higher, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of analytical thinking. Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is preferred.
