Driver Recruiter

Onsite Driver Recruiter role in Troy, MO supporting Coastal Carriers Truck Lines LLC by managing the end-to-end hiring process for qualified CDL drivers. Responsibilities Recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified CDL drivers Build and maintain relationships with prospective drivers via phone , email , job boards , referrals , social media , and recruiting events Provide customer service throughout the hiring lifecycle Coordinate scheduling and completion of key steps including interviews , background checks , DOT requirements , drug screenings , orientation , and onboarding Partner with Operations , Safety , and Human Resources to meet hiring goalsMaintain accurate recruiting records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Create and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top driving talent Requirements 1+ year of relevant experience Recruiting experience preferred ; transportation or CDL driver recruiting experience is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with Microsoft Office and ATS preferred Technologies Microsoft Office Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Preferred Experience Recruiting or Talent Acquisition CDL Driver Recruiting Transportation Industry Staffing Human Resources Customer Service Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) DOT/FMCSA hiring knowledge (preferred) Salary: USD 45,000 per year Location: Troy, MO (onsite) #J-18808-Ljbffr
