Strategic Sourcing Specialist

To support the optimization of managed services operations, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for delivering market intelligence, leading sourcing strategies, and managing supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies. Key responsibilities Provide market, supplier, and operational intelligence to enhance sourcing strategies and optimize service operations Develop and implement standardized sourcing processes focused on cost savings, supplier consolidation, and sustainability Lead sourcing functions including due diligence, RFP execution, and supplier onboarding while managing stakeholder expectations Required qualifications 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in facility services Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proven track record of customer service Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
