Inpatient Psychiatrist

Lifepoint Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Psychiatrist for Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital in Holyoke, MA. Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ideal candidate will be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Forensic Psychiatry
