Recruiting Manager

Are you a recruiter who enjoys connecting great people with meaningful work? Amego is looking for a recruiting manager to join our team and help us attract, engage, and hire talented employees who want to make a difference. In this role, youll be involved in the full recruitment process, from reviewing applications and meeting candidates to coordinating offers, supporting onboarding, attending recruiting events, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Youll work closely with department leaders and other teams throughout Amego to understand staffing needs and keep the hiring process moving. What Youll Do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate scheduling, interviews, follow-up, and offer coordination. Review incoming applications and resumes and identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants. Coordinate with department heads regarding vacancies, interviews, candidate status, and hiring needs. Manage recruitment advertisements and job postings. Track candidates, offers, onboarding paperwork, and recruitment activity. Assist candidates with required new-hire paperwork, background checks, and onboarding steps. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. Participate in job fairs, school visits, career events, and other community recruiting activities. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, vendors, schools, and other external partners. Provide recruitment updates and activity reporting to leadership. Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices. Collaborate with Human Resources, Training, Fiscal, department leaders, and other teams to support a smooth hiring process. Why Amego? At least one year of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or office management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Sound judgment and the ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
