Member Services Advocate Job Description:

As a Member Services Advocate, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for members, providing guidance through service requests and claims intake while delivering empathetic, high-quality support.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Building strong relationships through empathy, active listening, and professionalism
• Assisting members with service inquiries, requests, and claims intake
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and resolutions
• Navigating multiple systems and applications in a fast-paced environment
• Identifying solutions while creating a positive member experience

Member Services Advocate Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Member Services Advocate Post-Training Schedule : May be as late as 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Member Services Advocate Required Experience:

• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Comfort handling phone-based customer interactions throughout the day
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications

Highly Transferable Backgrounds Include:

• Other customer-facing service industries

Insurance or claims experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
