Accucare Nursing and Home Care is hiring a 1:1 Nurse for Chester, NY to provide dedicated in‑home care for a 10‑year‑old patient with G‑Tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator support. The position offers flexible scheduling including full‑time, part‑time, and per diem opportunities. Job Duties 1:1 nursing care in the patient’s home. Care for a 10‑year‑old with G‑Tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator. Flexible scheduling, with full‑time, part‑time, and per diem shifts available. Patient‑specific training provided. Other case or shift opportunities in surrounding areas available upon request. Available Shifts Weekday and weekend overnight: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Requirements Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator management. NYS nursing licensure required. Computer literacy. Completion of onboarding prior to training. Completion of nursing notes within 24 hours of shift conclusion. Malpractice insurance required. Compensation $35 per hour. Benefits Competitive compensation.
