Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and healthcare support industry, is seeking a Machine Operator Packing to join their team. As a Machine Operator Packing, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator Packing

Location: Lenexa, KS

Pay Range: $19.55 

Shift:  W/E Day Shift Fri, Sat and Sun Time 6am-630pm - Work 36 hours get paid for 40

What's the Job?

• Package a variety of tubes and bottles filled with different substances.
• Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain high-quality standards by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Partner with team members to meet department goals and output expectations.
• Complete documentation flow for all batches performed daily and perform other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience preferred in aseptic technique and working with biological materials.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull up to 600 lbs with mechanical assistance.
• Comfortable standing for long periods (around 10-12 hours per day).
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong math skills.
