Join a collaborative Acute Care Rehab and Post Surgical team dedicated to helping patients regain strength, independence, and confidence as they recover from surgery, illness, or injury. Our nurses, therapists, physicians, and support staff work together to deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a supportive, team-focused environment. As a Clinical Coordinator, you'll provide leadership and oversight for two specialty departments with a combined team of approximately 40 FTEs, supporting daily operations, mentoring staff, and driving quality, safety, and positive patient outcomes.

How you'll contribute

\n

\n
• \n

  Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for the Acute Care Rehab and Post Surgical departments.

\n
• \n

  Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient patient care delivery.

\n
• \n

  Monitor and manage departmental productivity, staffing resources, and workflow.

\n
• \n

  Mentor, coach, and develop staff through ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities.

\n
• \n

  Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth and engagement.

\n
• \n

  Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.

\n
• \n

  Investigate and manage incident reports, implementing corrective actions as needed.

\n
• \n

  Develop, implement, and monitor action plans to support departmental goals and performance improvement initiatives.

\n
• \n

  Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.

\n
• \n

  Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve operational and patient care objectives.

\n
• \n

  Serve as a clinical resource and provide direct patient care support when staffing needs arise, maintaining a strong presence within the departments.

What we're looking for

\n

Applicants should have a current Montana RN license or Compact RN License with Montana endorsement, and possess an Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• \n

  Education:  Master's degree (nursing or relevant field) preferred

\n
• \n

  Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; ANCC clinical specialty certification required (must acquire within 3 years of hire)

\n
• \n

  Experience:  Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership experience required, with a demonstrated progression from bedside nursing into leadership roles such as Charge Nurse, House Supervisor, or Nurse Manager.
