Duration: 13 weeks/ 3 months

Pay Range: $50- $57/hr

Shift Timing: Night Shift 6p-6a

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of Adult Medical-Surgical nursing experience to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse adult patient population with varying medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies according to physician orders and hospital policies.
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Adult Medical-Surgical nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
