Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (08:00 - 16:30)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Home Health

License: VA State License required

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Must-Have: Recent home health experience required

Description: Experience using OASIS is required. Must see 6 points per day or 30 points per week. Mileage will be reimbursed. Candidates must have experience in home health therapy. Supervisory reference is needed for submission. All candidates should prepare for an interview. Charting system experience is required. Candidates must comply with specialty experience requirements. Any requests for time off must be limited. All units will require specialty experience within the last year.
