Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift This role is responsible for repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, blow mold equipment, and related plant equipment while ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices. Location: 3865 Grape Street, Denver, Colorado 80207 Work Shift: 8 hr – 3rd Shift (United States of America) Responsibilities Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and applicable regulations. Install, adjust, and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer, and other related equipment. Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin changes, and other equipment changes. Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses; inspect, rebuild, and replace valves and pumps. Conduct preventive maintenance on all related equipment to maintain optimal processing conditions. Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines. Troubleshoot, locate root problems, and repair blow mold, baggers, and support equipment. Operate blow mold or injection machines as required. Communicate with other departments regularly. Perform other duties as assigned by management or based on plant needs. Provide assistance on unusual problems and review work for sound professional judgment. Minimum Requirements Basic mathematical skills. Basic computer skills. Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. Excellent attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education. OSHA forklift certification. Targeted Pay Range $28.17 - $36.00 Physical Demands The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Work Environment Employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. Noise level is usually loud. Temperature fluctuations between hot and cold may occur. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
