QA Test Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and quality assurance sector, is seeking a Test Associate to join their team. As a Test Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting software testing and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, critical‑thinking skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Test Associate Location: Portland, OR (5 days a week onsite) Pay Range: $17.50/hr - $19.50/hr depending on experience What's the Job? Execute comprehensive testing for assigned features and areas to ensure quality delivery Drive end-to-end testing of features, including test case execution and exploratory testing Identify test and process gaps, escalating issues using industry‑standard best practices Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements and improve test coverage Maintain and update test collateral, authoring new test cases as needed What's Needed? High school diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong attention to detail and critical‑thinking skills Experience with basic PC usage and troubleshooting Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent productivity tools Interest in AI and interactive technology What's in it for me?
