About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams, providing essential financial insight to support strategic initiatives and investments. This role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as evaluating ROI and performance across business initiatives. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for overseeing financial systems and reporting processes, and must have the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial teams. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and business strategy, with senior finance leadership experience. An MBA or equivalent advanced business/finance degree is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a collaborative leadership style, a genuine curiosity about business operations, and the ability to partner with operational teams to translate financial data into actionable insights. Experience with ERP systems is a plus, with a preference for NetSuite. The VP of Finance will be expected to have a proactive approach to their work, and to be able to effectively communicate financial performance to executive leadership and investors.
