Our full-time positions offer generous PTO, excellent salaries, and a collaborative environment where your voice matters.What You'll BuildOperate woodworking CNC machinery to produce parts that meet project specifications and quality standards.Operate edgebander and wood dowel machines.Load and secure materials, adjust machine settings, and select and install the proper tools, bits, and cutters for each job.Read and interpret blueprints and design drawings to understand project requirements.Monitor operations, take measurements, detect malfunctions, edit programs, and sharpen or replace worn tools to maintain specifications.Set machining controls for speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut.Follow quality assurance procedures and inspect work for accuracy.Perform routine cleaning and lubrication, troubleshoot CNC equipment, and make minor repairs to minimize downtime.Maintain detailed records of materials, machine settings, operations, and finished product dimensions.Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other team members to improve manufacturability.Help manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment used in CNC operations.Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.QualificationsWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED.At least 3 years of CNC experience.OSHA 10 Certification preferred.Cabinetmaking experience is a plus.The Bottom LineWe're looking for someone who sees more than machine settings and production runs.
