Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up. Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store. Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Supply expert‑level knowledge and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store continuously. Relevant experience: 2‑5 years in a similar retail or customer‑service role.
