HR Representative

The Sr. HR Representative serves as a primary point of contact for managers and employees, providing HR support to assigned plants, business units and/or functions. This role supports HR initiatives aligned with business goals, covering the full employee life-cycle from recruiting through off-boarding, ensuring effective HR practices, policy compliance, and a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Align site HR objectives with business goals; partner with site and senior leadership to drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of mutual trust and respect through strong employee relations practices. Lead employee engagement efforts, providing consultation in talent management, performance management, change management, and wellness initiatives. Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring; collaborate with managers on skills and competency requirements. Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, payroll, leaves, investigations, disciplinary matters, and training compliance. Coach front-line supervisors through employee relations and performance management issues. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Requirements 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing or similar environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of manufacturing labor laws, safety compliance, and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS systems for reporting and data analysis. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, with strong project management skills. High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
