Job Description Reviews daily paperwork and verifies all invoices are accounted for and reconciles to cash and accounts receivable. Resolves any discrepancies. Enter all warranty invoices in IDEAL. Answer phones and direct calls to the right department. Check in new equipment when delivered. Assist employees with questions and issues related to IDEAL system. Assist on the parts counter when necessary. Type up quotes for CEO when needed. Qualifications Minimum relevant experience: 1 year.
