You Have:   3+ years of experience leveraging statistical programming languages to develop predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and data visualizations2+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, including Machine Learning, Agentic AI, Natural Language Processing, and applied use of Large Language ModelsExperience with front-end development using React or Python-based frameworks, such as Streamlit to build interactive, user-facing data applicationsExperience with generative AI and agentic AI libraries and frameworks for building LLM-powered applications and autonomous agentsExperience writing efficient, clean, and maintainable code, using Git, testing, and code reviews to collaboratively develop reliable AI solutionsAbility to query, process, and build data pipelines for large, complex datasets using big data technologiesAbility to evaluate AI models using appropriate performance metrics, validation methods, and error analyses to assess accuracy, robustness, bias, fairness, and fitness for the intended use casePublic TrustBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or MathematicsNice If You Have:   Experience with AWS or other cloud servicesExperience with program automation, CI and CD, DevSecOps, or AgileExperience with healthcare or medical device industry dataExperience with Agile methodologies and best practicesExperience using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenCodeAbility to apply experimental design principles to define evaluation criteria, establish baselines, identify appropriate comparison groups, and determine the data and methods needed to assess an AI solution before development beginsMaster’s degree preferred; Doctorate degree a plusVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; Public Trust determination is required.  CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
