Physical Therapy Assistant – LTAC, Playa Del Rey, California. This travel assignment starts on 09/14/2026 and runs for 17 weeks. Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, range-of-motion activities, strengthening, and balance interventions as directed. Monitor patient responses during therapy, document progress, and communicate changes to the care team. Assist with transfers, positioning, and activities of daily living within the LTAC/SNF setting. Maintain safety and infection control standards during therapy sessions and ensure equipment is used properly. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate documentation, discharge planning, and rehabilitation goals. Requirements Ability to work in a LTAC/Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Willingness to commit to a 17-week travel assignment. Availability to work 35 guaranteed hours per week. Eligibility to work in California and ability to meet facility policies and procedures. Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
