Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
\n
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting using professional diagnostic equipment
\n
• Complete general automotive repairs, maintenance, and thorough vehicle inspections
\n
• Perform digital vehicle inspections using Shop-Ware
\n
• Accurately document diagnostic findings, repair recommendations, and completed work
\n
• Communicate repair needs and findings with service advisors and shop leadership
\n
• Maintain high standards for repair quality and efficiency
\n
• Handle a workload that includes approximately 30%-35% diagnostic work
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• At least 5 years of professional automotive technician experience
\n
• A-Level or strong B-Level technical ability
\n
• Strong general automotive repair experience
\n
• Automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
\n
• Experience diagnosing drivability concerns and automotive electrical systems
\n
• Independent repair shop or dealership experience
\n
