Description Location UCHealth – Anschutz – Aurora Department Labor & Delivery Metro Denver Float Pool – Will support patients & team at University of Colorado Hospital, Highlands Ranch Hospital, and Longs Peak Hospital. Work Schedule Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Day & Night Rotation. Pay $35.29 – $54.71 per hour, dependent on relevant experience. This position is onsite only; no hybrid or remote option. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years’ experience. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience (RN) or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. NRP within 6 months of hire. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date; BLS or CPR card must remain good through 60 days of hire. Responsibilities Provide top‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Model proficiency through precepting new staff and/or UCHealth staff.
