Job Description
The Quality Inspector will play a key role in ensuring product quality through mechanical deformation, tensile, compression, and resistance testing. This position offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to develop expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical deformation testing to assess product durability.
• Perform tensile testing to evaluate material strength.
• Execute compression testing to ensure structural integrity.
• Conduct resistance testing to verify electrical properties.
• Read and interpret blueprints and standard specifications accurately.
• Collect and compile quality data for analysis.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 standards in all quality control processes.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and standard specifications.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with any ERP system, with preference for NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and up to 50 lbs rarely.
• Prior experience with tensile, compression, and resistance testing is not required but beneficial.

Work Environment
This position offers 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with initial training on the 1st shift for two weeks. Flexibility for 1-2 hours of overtime per day is required. The facility is very clean and modern, offering a pleasant work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington Beach, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
