The Operations Associate will help maintain and improve digital workflows that leverage Smartsheet, Property Point, Salesforce, Lead Docket, and Filevine, while collaborating with tax consultants, attorneys, and the RLS India team to ensure accurate data management and seamless case processing.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working across multiple systems to optimize workflows and support a growing legal services operation.This is a fully remote role in the US with very little to no travel.Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key ResultsPeople:Create a positive team member experience.Demonstrates strong interpersonal/communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives and the community at large.Develops and maintains strong relationships throughout the organization.Client:Responds to client inquiries timely.Works with the President, RLS to develop, deploy, maintain, and/or assess best practices, policies, KPIs, and other strategic initiatives.Anticipates needs of team members.Works with projects and cross-functional teams across the Firm to execute RLS initiatives to drive results and value to customers.Anticipates and navigates obstacles to generate results.Value:Understanding of business needs to help executive leadership define operational strategies.Synthesizes data from different sources to streamline key business processes and drive performance improvements.Designs and creates ad-hoc reporting and analysis.Serves on internal Firm committees.Performs other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred. Five years of experience in the professional services industry. Experience at Ryan is preferred, but not required.Legal assistant experience and relevant experience supporting a larger legal firm preferred.Computer Skills:To perform this job successfully, it is very important that the individual has advanced skills in Microsoft Smartsheet, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
