Associate Veterinarian (DVM)

Seeking a versatile Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to provide high-quality care in a community-focused practice. Responsibilities Include Performing general practice for small and large animals, including surgeries, dentistry, farm calls, and emergency care Managing preventive health, wellness, and occasional exotic cases Building strong client relationships and collaborating with a supportive team Utilizing advanced diagnostics and medical protocols to deliver personalized patient care Participating in soft tissue surgeries, farm visits, and urgent care as needed Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent, licensed or eligible in Washington State Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and a commitment to quality medicine Interest in mixed animal practice, surgery, and emergency medicine; eagerness to learn and adapt Skills & Support Experience with small and large animals preferred Comfort with surgery and urgent care procedures Access to advanced equipment, well-equipped facilities, and a collaborative team including support staff and mentorship opportunities Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary starting at $110,000+ with production bonuses and benefits Includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, CE allowance, and professional development support Supportive environment focused on professional growth and team success #J-18808-Ljbffr
