Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to support the maintenance, safety, and daily operation of our facility and surrounding property. This position works closely with various departments and outside vendors to resolve facility-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Complete work orders involving basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and equipment installation.
• Install and maintain racks, guardrails, office equipment, and other facility components.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
• Monitor building systems, including temperature, humidity, and pressure readings.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, compactors, and cardboard balers.
• Assist with pallet inventory and general warehouse/facility organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow cGMP, FDA, and company safety requirements.
• Perform other facility-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous facilities, maintenance, warehouse, or related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Forklift experience/certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.
• Must maintain a strong attendance record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to climb stairs and work around warehouse/facility equipment.
• May be required to wear protective clothing and follow gowning requirements.
