As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation resultsReview the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment requiredProvide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelinesDocument findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregiversResponsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation techniciansComplete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goalsImplement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatmentsCommunicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companiesEnsure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reportsQualificationsGraduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy programExperience in OP setting.Current state of Kansas license and CPR certificationAbility to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environmentBasic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS OfficeAdditional InformationMonday - Friday schedule (8:00 AM- 5:00PM)Incentive plan for clinicians who consistently see a higher number of patients per dayIn addition to productivity bonuses, clinical may be eligible for additional bonusesA unique opportunity to provide exceptional care to a lower-volume patient baseA generous yearly Continuing Education Allowance, Access to MedBridge, and ARC UniversityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee discount plansGain access to ARC IGNITE: A Mentorship Program offering clinical guidance for professional growth, specialization, and development.Student Program, appealing to individuals seeking opportunities to contribute to their career field401k
