Spotless is hiring a Lead Water & Mold Restoration Technician.
This role is for someone who knows the work, takes ownership, and can lead a job the right way —not someone who needs to be micromanaged.
If you have IICRC certifications and real field experience , this is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with strong earning potential and growth.
Pay & Earning Potential
- $24–$30/hr base (based on experience & certifications)
- Overtime opportunities
- Monthly performance bonuses (based on job quality & results)
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead water and mold mitigation jobs from start to finish
- Ensure all work is completed thoroughly and correctly
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Perform and oversee demo (drywall, flooring, etc.)
- Maintain job documentation (photos, notes, scope)
- Communicate clearly with team members and management
You are accountable for the quality of the job
⚠️ Job Reality
- Crawlspaces and attics
- Physical, hands-on work daily
- Hot, dirty, and tight environments at times
- On-call rotation (nights/weekends required)
- Some long days during emergency response
This is a working leadership role , not a sit-back position.
✅ Requirements
- IICRC WRT certification required (additional certs a strong plus)
- Proven experience in water and/or mold restoration
- Ability to lead a job and a small crew
- Strong attention to detail (no missed scope items)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and accountable

- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Rotating on-call schedule required
